    Broker/Owner Brad Phillips began his real estate career in 1998 after obtaining a degree in Economics from the University of Arizona in 1996.  Growing up in Scottsdale, Brad has focused his business mainly on the north side of town which includes the towns of Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, and Carefree.  When he decided to open H.R. Phillips Realty in 2005 he decided on one of the fastest growing areas in Arizona, the Northwest Valley.  Cities here include Peoria, Glendale, and Surprise, and include such popular communities as Arrowhead, Desert Harbor, Westwing Mountain, and Vistancia to name a few.  The City of Glendale is also the new home to two of Phoenix's professional sports teams, The Arizona Cardinals football team and The Phoenix Coyotes hockey team.
