H.R. Phillips Realty is now hiring experienced agents looking to make 100% of their commissions without a monthly fee and a nominal $350/transaction fee that includes E&O insurance.  Each transaction after that for the month, H.R. Phillips Realty only takes out $200 per transaction.  All commissions less than $1,500 will have 15% of the commission taken out as a transaction fee in place of the $350.  Included in this price is for sale and open house signs and use of the office located in the west valley.

H.R. Phillips Realty is owned and operated by Brad Phillips who has been a full-time REALTOR since 1998 and a licensed broker since 2004.  As a full-time agent in addition to running the company he knows the highs and lows that we as agents are experiencing in today's market.
